Path: Login > Three Dot Menu (Left Side) > Profile > Personal Profile > Contact > Change > Enter New Email ID > Enter Email OTP > Enter Registered Mobile OTP > Authenticate using Debit Card Details > Continue

So, follow the below steps:

• First of all, login to HDFC mobile app. HDFC Bank
• Once logged in, go to the Three Dot menu, and then under the Your Profile section, click on Personal Profile.

• Now, expand the Contact section, you can see the registered email ID. Click on the Change option to update the existing email ID.

• On the next screen, enter your new email ID, re-enter the new email ID, and click on Continue.

• Next, enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your new email ID and click on Continue.

• Now, enter the other 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number.

• Next, enter your debit/ATM card PIN, expiration month, and year, and click on Continue.

• You will receive a success message on the screen. In this way, the new email ID will be updated.

What if I don’t have mobile banking facilities?

If you don’t have mobile banking facilities, you cannot update it online. Download Email ID update request application form and submit it to the branch.
