How to Transfer HDFC Account from One Branch to Another?

So, follow the below steps:

• First of all visit Insta Services page. Click Here
• Now, click on Transfer Account, available at the below.

• Click on Let’s Begin to proceed.

• Enter your registered mobile number, date of birth/PAN/Customer ID and then click on Get OTP button.

• Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number.

• Select your account and click on Continue.

• Select your account to transfer and click on Continue.

• Now, select your new branch. Please note that the new branch must be in the same city as your communication address. Select your reason for the account transfer and click on Confirm.

• Check the details and click on Confirm & Continue to proceed.

• Finally, authenticate the request using your debit card or net banking details.

• In this way, the account will be transfer to the new branch.

Can I transfer to another state or city?

The new branch must be in the same city as your communication address.

Can I transfer an FD or RD account?

No. Fixed deposits and recurring deposits cannot be transferred.
