So, follow the below steps:
- First of all, login to the Cent Mobile app. Cent Mobile
- Once logged in, go to the Three Dot Menu at the top left corner of the app.
- Click on the Service Request option.
- Next, click on the Re KYC Confirmation option.
- You can now see KYC status and its validity with a message “Your Re-KYC is already completed successfully and valid till “
The above message means you have already completed your KYC and need to submit it again after the above date.
